If the heel seam, including the transition to the back strap, comes loose, it can be easily repaired. Please note that this is purely a sewing job. Leather patches or patches are not placed in the article. Send us your riding boots thoroughly cleaned - including the sole - well packaged and without accessories. Other manufacturers are welcome upon request. Please enclose the order confirmation and leave a telephone number for any queries. The price includes insured return shipping. Processing times vary and are usually between 2 and 4 weeks.
