If the stay pierces through to the inside, this will be sewn up. If sewing alone is not possible, the leather inside will be completely replaced for an additional charge of 40 euros per boot or a patch will be attached for an additional charge of 25 euros per boot. This will be charged afterwards. We will contact you in advance about this. Send us your riding boots from Healthy Horses with sufficient postage, well cleaned - including the sole - well packaged and without accessories to the following address: Healthy Horses - Kirschallee 6 - 01561 Ebersbach. Other manufacturers are welcome upon prior request. Please enclose the order confirmation and leave a telephone number for any further queries. The price includes insured return shipping. Processing times vary and are usually between 2 and 4 weeks.
